Job Summary

  • Oversee daily kitchen administration including schedules inventory and documentation.
  • Implement and monitor hygiene and sanitation procedures across all kitchen areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections and staff training on food safety standards (FSMS).
  • Maintain accurate records for temperature control cleaning schedules and pest management.
  • Support the Executive Chef and culinary team in audits purchasing and cost control tasks.
  • Ensure full compliance with local health regulations and brand standards.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Certified in Food Safety Management (FSMS).
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and a proactive approach.
