Job Summary
- Prepare cost estimate from feasibility studies / pre-concept to detailed design stage.
- Interpret and do taking off from architectural / engineering / interior design drawings and specifications for cost estimate.
- Analyse and reconcile cost movement between various design stages.
- Prepare tender documents including frontend and pricing schedule.
- Evaluation of tender returns.
- Administer post contract for construction works which includes to estimate for changes assess variation orders prepare interim valuations and close Final Account.
- Provide advices on contractual claims.
- Mentor junior QS staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the built environment industry
- Individuals of the highest caliber who are confident driven and with excellent interpersonal skills
- Site based no work-from-home arrangement under normal circumstances.
- Work independently under limited supervision.
- Organized and able to handle stress
