Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Quality to join our team in Riyadh Saudi this pivotal role you will lead our quality management initiatives ensuring the highest standards of product and process excellence across our organization.
- Develop implement and maintain comprehensive quality management systems and processes
- Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Analyze quality metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and customer requirements
- Drive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and reduce waste
- Conduct regular quality audits and oversee the management of non-conformances
- Present quality performance reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Develop and deliver quality training programs for employees at all levels
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging quality management technologies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in quality management with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
- Extensive knowledge of quality management systems statistical process control and root cause analysis
- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards
- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and their application in manufacturing or industrial processes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Outstanding leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing teams
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools
- Willingness to travel as required for audits supplier visits or customer meetings
