Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve contract-related disputes and claims between contractors clients and suppliers. Collaborate with legal teams to address and resolve issues ensuring amicable resolutions while safeguarding the organizations interests.

Act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external parties regarding contract matters. Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
Contract Close-Out: Oversee the contract close-out process ensuring that all deliverables are met and final payments are processed in a timely manner. Conduct post-project contract reviews to evaluate performance gather lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvement in future projects.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Law or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of contract law commercial terms and procurement processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and contract management software
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working in a multinational environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian business practices and regulations is highly desirable
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are a plus
