Job Summary
Protocols: In-depth knowledge of routing protocols (e.g. BGP OSPF SDWAN) switching technologies (e.g. VXLAN VPN) and WAN technologies (e.g. SD-WAN MPLS). Troubleshooting: Strong ability to analyze logs traffic patterns and packet captures to diagnose complex issues. Vendor Management: Experience liaising with vendors to resolve issues and manage service providers. Technical Leadership: Ability to provide technical guidance and mentor lower-level support teams. Documentation: Maintaining accurate documentation for network configurations processes and procedures.
