WHO YOULL WORK WITH
As the DC Controller - 3PL you will collaborate with DC Manager /Operation managers /Transport and Trade Managers. and with other controllers drive your goals forward.

- Experience of DC financial and operational controlling.
- Strong financial knowledge and understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong analytical ability as well as excellent business acumen.
- Experience and technical ability in financial tools with the proactive approach to quickly adapt to new systems and dynamics.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end DC operations and organisation structure.
- Great communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact with management and specialists in different functions of varying levels.
- Ability to perform under pressure with strong ability to prioritise
- Solid understanding of local Sales organisation and its inner working.
- Proven experience in setting goals with plans and actions on how to achieve them.
- Ability to identify scalable initiatives for improvement and drive them from ideation to successful completion.
