German or French language is Mandatory. ( Please do not apply if you are not proficient in German or French.
We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Senior Associate Procurement Consulting to join our this role you will support strategic sourcing procurement transformation cost optimization and supplier management projects for a variety of clients across industries. You will play a key role in delivering value-driven solutions managing client relationships and supporting procurement best practices that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead procurement consulting engagements from discovery through implementation.
- Analyze client procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Conduct supplier market research RFP/RFI development bid analysis and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess procurement processes and design improvement strategies.
- Provide insights on category management spend analysis and supplier performance.
- Assist in the development of procurement policies procedures and governance models.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports for internal and client stakeholders.
- Support junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge development and capability building.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree; Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
- 36 years of experience in procurement strategic sourcing or supply chain consulting.
- Strong understanding of procurement tools practices and market trends.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Power BI Tableau). Knowledge of sourcing platforms (e.g. Ariba Coupa Jaggaer) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
- Consulting experience required.
- German or French language a strong preference.
