This role comes with excellent growth opportunities within a busy and exciting team. The pathway and progression for this role could be into a client-facing position. Initially relationships are phone-based and youll support our External Business Development Managers.
The team
Youll be joining an experienced and well-established Sales function of 5 people. It is a fast-paced and successful team that is part of a wider Residential Lending team.
What youll be doing:
- Manage build and nurture relationships with existing and new brokers alike providing indicative terms over the phone/ via email and follow-up on prospective deals to see them through to successful application.
- Focus on developing long-term relationships with brokers that deliver repeat business whilst providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Were always trying to work smarter - youll play a key role in implementing new sales and marketing campaigns whilst improving your effectiveness as an IBDM
Qualifications :
Proven experience in a sales role in financial services - ideally property lending or bridging finance
A customer-first mindset and KPI-driven approach - youll be able to demonstrate success in a KPI/targeted sales environment
Strong relationship management and communication skills
