Job Summary

This role is based in 240 Blackfriars London

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive audience acquisition engagement and retention for Vitafoods Europe.
  • Create compelling content and messaging tailored to target audiences across email social media PR and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand positioning and impactful marketing strategies.
  • Build relationships with media partners and work with the Marketing Assistant to develop a strategy which enhances brand visibility expands audience reach and amplifies the campaign.
     
  • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Operation Manager to brief event registration assisting with testing email set up and registration monitoring.
     
  • Support the Marketing Assistant with the set up and management of advocacy tools Feathr and Ingo ensuring set up is accurate and the tools are optimised throughout the campaign.

 

Project Management:

  • Take full ownership of assigned marketing projects from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting.
  • Manage timelines budgets and deliverables to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales event operations brand and sponsorship to align marketing efforts with event goals.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor campaign performance and analyse data to identify trends insights and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Segment data for targeted email campaigns
  • Prepare detailed reports on marketing KPIs and ROI presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the event team to understand objectives audience needs and market trends.
  • Build strong relationships with the brand content sales and sponsorship and event operations teams to ensure that projects are delivered in line with key objectives.

Our team is based in central London with stunning skyline views. We work in the office three days a week.

 


Qualifications :

About You

Skills & Experience:

  • Degree level education
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Proven experience in marketing ideally within events or a related industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including CRM systems email marketing software and analytics tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
     
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
