Job Summary
- Develop and maintain UI features for our internal CRM using ReactJS TailwindCSS
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional production-ready features end-to-end
- Ensure fast and reliable delivery of improvements and optimizations for our CRM systems
- Deploy your work via Vercel and own the performance and usability of the components you build
- Contribute to UI/UX discussions with a critical eye for design and usability (basic design skills are expected; advanced design/UX skills are a plus)
Qualifications :
- Experience with modern frontend technologies especially ReactJS TailwindCSS
- A proactive mindset and the ability to take ownership of tasks from requirements to deployment
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with both developers and non-technical stakeholders
- Basic understanding of design principles and ability to implement user-friendly interfaces
- Experience with CRM systems or business-facing applications is a plus but not required
