What Youll Bring:

• Exceptional communication (written and verbal): able to distil complex technical issues into clear actionable messages.
• Strong analytical & problemsolving skills (including data analysis): comfortable tackling unstructured/ambiguous problems using logical systematic techniques.
• Consulting/advisory experience: ideally in Analytics Supply Chain Procurement Operating Models and/or with Defence National Security or Federal Government clients.
• Stakeholder excellence: proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across diverse client and internal teams.
• Outstanding academic performance in a relevant tertiary degree.
• Ideally experience with submarines and surface ships (nuclear and conventional) plus one or more of:
  • Modelling & simulation
  • Industrial system performance monitoring
  • Maintenance operations
  • Development of artificial intelligence agents
• Eligibility for AGSVA security clearance: ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance.

• A strong professional network and a proven track record of winning engagements and contributing to business growth.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture client and team relationships drive initiatives and meet strategic goals.
• Leadership coaching and teambuilding capabilityexperienced at guiding and motivating highperforming teams.
• A history of trusted advisory roles and critical decisionmaking with senior stakeholders.
• Executivelevel communication: adept at synthesising complex information in oral and written formats to inform fast decisionmaking.
