Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Rostering Consultant to join our National Rostering this role you will ensure the efficient allocation of support workers to meet customer needs while collaborating with our Recruitment and Service Delivery teams. You will play a key part in maintaining a high standard of customer service and ensuring our workforce is effectively deployed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage rosters to meet customer demand including forecasting and ensuring shifts are filled at least eight weeks in advance.
  • Match support workers to customers based on skills availability and continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Service Delivery Customer Care and Business Relationship teams to ensure staffing needs are met.
  • Support the onboarding and integration of new staff into the workforce.
  • Maintain compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission legislation Fair Work requirements and internal policies.
  • Monitor shift allocations for compliance with working hours rest breaks overtime and minimum engagement periods.
  • Provide input and solutions for continuous improvement in rostering processes and the customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of staffing requirements vacancies and projections using CRM systems and MS Office tools.

 

Lets talk about you!

Youll bring experience or qualifications in disability community services or a similar field along with a solid background in rostering workforce management or other customer-focused roles. You have a good understanding of the NDIS and health-related services and youre known for your strong communication time management and relationship-building skills. With great attention to detail and plenty of initiative youre comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You can juggle priorities meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and are confident using MS Office and CRM systems. To join us youll also need a current NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check and to have completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module Quality Safety and You.
