A small but rapidly growing law firm is looking to hire a Real Estate Paralegal on a full-time basis. The paralegal is responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Performing real property searches review loan documents and draft pleadings motions notices correspondence and other legal documents.
- Possessing knowledge of service of process procedures residential foreclosure statutes and e-filing systems.
- Demonstrating strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Foreclosure and bankruptcy experience preferred.
