Job Summary
- Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service ensuring the Raffles brand positioning personality service culture and values are personified at all times.
- Responsible for repairs and maintenance of all hotel equipment and systems as directed by the needs of the guests and employees.
- Perform the Shift Engineers check list daily and report any abnormalities.
- Troubleshoot and repair most mechanical electrical plumbing and HVAC related systems.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related building environment preferred
- Building engineering/maintenance experience required
- Mechanical electrical plumbing and HVAC experience preferred
- Vocational/technical training or apprenticeship preferred
