Software Testing Analyst – Copado Robotics Testing (CRT)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Software Analyst with hands-on Copado Robotics Testing (CRT) experience to join our Salesforce Quality Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing and executing test cases performing functional testing and developing automation scripts within Copado CRT. This role involves daily collaboration with developers in a highly interactive video-first remote work environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Write and maintain comprehensive test cases for Salesforce applications.

• Perform functional testing across multiple Salesforce Clouds including Field Service Lightning Service Cloud and Chat.

• Develop and execute automated tests using the Copado Robotics Testing (CRT) platform.

• Convert existing manual test cases into automated CRT scripts.

• Collaborate daily with developers to review requirements discuss test results and ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Document test outcomes track defects and support root-cause analysis.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives providing test effort estimates.

• Maintain and enhance test documentation and contribute to the teams knowledge base.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Required:

  • Proven experience in Copado Robotics Testing (CRT) automation.

  • Strong functional testing skills for Salesforce platforms.

  • Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Clouds:

    • Field Service Lightning (FSL): Work Orders Service Appointments Scheduling.

    • Service Cloud: Case Management Knowledge Base Service Console.

    • Chat: Live Agent Einstein Bots Chat Routing.

  • Understanding of Salesforce configuration custom objects and workflows.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently while managing testing priorities.

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

• Preferred:

  • 3 years of Salesforce testing experience.

  • Copado Robotics Testing certification (nice to have).

  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification (nice to have).

  • Familiarity with Copado DevOps platform.

  • Experience in Agile environments and API testing.

  • Knowledge of test data management and defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira).

• Must be located within the Central Time Zone or compatible timezone (e.g. Brazil Latin America).

• Must have a professional home office setup with a quiet background for video calls.

• Must be comfortable working on camera daily with developers and team members.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection for video conferencing and collaboration.
