REMOTE Project Prioritization and Delivery Manager

What youll do:

As the Manager of Project Prioritization & Delivery youll be the bridge between strategic leadership and the teams that make the magic happen: Marketing IT Analytics Finance and Product. Youll ensure projects are prioritized by business impact assigned to the right owners and moving smoothly from kickoff through completion.

Key responsibilities:

This role is equal parts strategist and doer: youll help translate high-level goals into clear project plans keep a pulse on progress and make sure deadlines are met. Youll be at the center of the actionhelping transform strategies into execution ensuring every project fizzes with excellence and playing a key role in Bomb Partys growth.

• Act as the link between strategic leadership and our magic makers (writers designers IT analytics finance product) to translate priorities into action.

• Prioritize projects based on business impact ROI and company goals.

• Assign and manage workloads to ensure timely delivery.

• Identify roadblocks early and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

• Track progress provide regular status updates and communicate results.

• Celebrate team wins and contribute to a culture of accountability and fun.

Education and training:

• 35 years of experience in project coordination project management or operations.

• Proven ability to organize prioritize and manage projects from intake to completion.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across creative and technical teams.

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Asana ClickUp Smartsheet Trello).

• Ability to thrive in a remote environment with strong self-motivation and accountability.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with flexibility to pivot when priorities shift.

• Experience balancing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced high-energy environment.

• Familiarity with direct sales consumer products or event-driven businesses is a plus.

• Comfort working with analytics finance IT or creative workflows (enough to understand cross-functional needs).

• PMP CAPM or other project management certification is a bonus.

• A collaborative team-first mindset with a passion for turning plans into results that sparkle.

Schedule

• Full-time on-site position Monday through Friday
• Occasional overtime is required.
