Job Summary
Standing Rock is seeking a dynamic highly qualified candidate to serve as Girls Head Basketball Coach. Candidates are desired to have successful high school and/or collegiate level head coaching experience and related successful experiences in educational leadership. Candidates should be experienced in building a comprehensive program developing candidates should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the commitment to develop and maintain positive relationships between the girls basketball program and the local community. Candidates should have the following:
- Proven experience in teaching and modeling character and responsible behavior.
- Positive high energy and committed.
- Partners well with parents staff community leaders etc.
- View success not just as winning; but as helping team members to reach goals.
- Orientation toward continuous improvement and transformational coaching
