What You Will Do

DefinethevisionstrategyandroadmapforourTaiwansearchanddiscoverystacktodeliveruniquecustomerexperienceswhiledirectingday-to-dayexecutiontowardsthatvision.
RegularlyreviewmetricsandproactivelyseekoutnewandimprovedmechanismsforvisibilityonperformanceandgreateroptimizationoftheSearchandDiscoveryproductportfolio.
Overseevalidationofmarketsizeandopportunity(-basedstrategicopportunity).
Collaborateanddrivealignmentwithavarietyofstakeholdersincludingseniorexecutives.

Basic Qualifications

BachelorsdegreeinComputerScienceEngineeringorequivalentexperience.
10yearsofexperienceinMLproductmanagementincludingdevelopingdeliveringandexecutingonastrongproductvision.
ExperienceworkingonSearchandDiscoverycustomerexperiences/MLstack.
Analyticalthinkerwhoworkswellinaglobalfast-paceddata-drivencross-functionalandhighlyambiguousentrepreneurialculture.
Biasforactionandwillingnesstogetyourhandsdirtytogetthejobdone.
Soundbusinessjudgmentandprovenabilitytoeffectivelycommunicateandinfluenceothersincludingexecutivelevelreviews.
Abilitytothinkstrategicallyandatthesametimestayontopoftacticalexecution.
