The role
The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service through the provision of key administrative support for our journals in accordance with editorial and production procedures and deadlines. Working within a large team this role involves dealing with queries from scientists around the world and helping them to submit their manuscripts to the large portfolio of journals published by the Royal Society of Chemistry.
The Publishing Assistant role plays a key role enabling the Journals publishing team to achieve its aim of being a digital-first publisher focused on delivering high-quality accessible impactful content and an excellent customer experience.
