Main purpose of the role:

The job holder is responsible for providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support to various senior managers within Just Mortgages with the emphasis on new starters systems and databases to provide information to our Network and management team.

As Just Mortgages continues with its growth plans the job holder will improve and update existing systems to ensure information is readily available both to managers and our Network and will ensure all our record keeping requirements are robust.

Activities / Main Duties:

• Responsible for supporting senior management in a variety of administrative and planning tasks
• Liaison with our Principle Firm and new entrants to ensure on-boarding is seamless efficient and all systems updated
• Maintenance of various databases with proactive management to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
• Collaboration with the recruitment and compliance departments to meet their administrative needs
• Any other administrative duties as required by management and other stakeholders

Role specific competencies:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Previous administrative experience is essential
• IT literate ideally an expert in using Excel and Word
• Self-motivated proactive and a willingness to learn
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and other businesses
• Excellent time management and workload prioritisation
