Job Summary

Provide project and reporting support for the successful delivery of projects to enhance the capability and capacity of Federation TAFE.

Full-time fixed-term appointment for 12 months
HEW 7 - $100779 p.a. plus up to 17% superannuation

About the role

You will be responsible for providing project and reporting support for the successful delivery of government funded projects. You will provide specialised administrative and stakeholder communications support and play a key role to the successful outcome of projects by meeting contractual requirements and stakeholder expectations.

You will:

  • manage the implementation progression and reporting on key projects;

  • coordinate reporting payment acquittal and evaluation process;

  • engage and maintain communications with internal and external project stakeholders; and

  • develop templates and establish standard mechanisms for the regular collection of data.

About you

You will have demonstrated experience in providing high level project support functions including the ability to coordinate end-to-end projects conduct research prepare documents briefings submissions reports and correspondence.

You will possess demonstrated:

  • ability to work within a project management framework and familiarity with a range of project management tools procedures documents and reporting processes;

  • analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to use initiative and develop solutions to challenges and issues; and

  • interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work positively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
