We are seeking to hire an entry-level construction professional to join our Estimating team.

NOTE:This is a full-time remote position (Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST). For in-state hires the first 90 days of employment will be spent in-office for training. For out-of-state hires the company will provide one week of paid travel to our office for training after which the position will transition to full-time remote living outside of EST or CST zones will not be considered.

The salary range for this position is $45000-$55000

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Interact and communicate with clients in commercial government and industrial sector environments.
• Administrative Support in Company CRM
• Learn and Perform Take-offs to assist Estimators
• Secure all necessary pricing from vendors and partners
• Help prepare a cost breakdown for materials
• Organize bid documents.
• Participate in the Project Handoff and Project Budget process.

Education And Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma required Associates Degree in Construction Management or related discipline is a plus.
• 1-2 years of prior experience in Construction Budgeting or be a recent college graduate looking to get into the Estimating field with a passion for Commercial Construction.
• Familiar with Computer Takeoff Software (Planswift Bluebeam Stack etc..)
• Ability to effectively organize plan and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results

• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  
  This Estimator role is primarily remote offering flexibility to work from anywhere. However we prefer candidates based in Georgia for the rare occasions when in-person collaboration or office visits are needed. Local availability helps strengthen team connection and ensures smooth coordination when on-site presence is required.
