Job Summary

Shift: We have 2 shifts to fill one is 6am-2pmMonday- Friday. The other shift is 8am-4pmMonday- be able to work overtime weekends and holidays if needed.

JOB SUMMARY
The Fulfillment Lead performs warehouse duties and functions to support inventory integrity pick-n-pack order processing and general maintenance and housekeeping duties to ensure a safe clean and orderly work lead would be responsible for organizing floor personnel to prioritize orders and production and ensure on time deliveries. The lead would report to the warehouse manager.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prioritize production and lead floor personnel in day-to-day duties
  • Ensure orders are accurately processed and shipped on time
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager to ensure all daily Service Level Agreements are met
  • Functions may include but are not limited to unloading putting-away sorting labeling picking packing replenishing auditing shipping making boxes etc.
  • Performs stocking picking packing counting manual and machine bindery operations housekeeping and safety functions sealing/labeling boxes and palletizes cartons for shipment.
  • Order processing Picking/Packing orders for shipment and assemble various types of merchandise to be shipped.
  • Process order and match order contents to packing list information to ensure 100% order accuracy.
  • Checks verifies and audits merchandise to ensure that ordered merchandise has been received and that merchandise is as ordered and not damaged or defective.
  • Cycle count in-house product/items verify computations against physical counts to maintain and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Identify incorrect/short shipped items and immediately notify supervisor.
  • Examine and inspect stock items for wear and defects.
  • Performs any needed in-process quality checks.
  • Hand pallet operation moving skids to maintain a smooth workflow in and out of the production area.
  • General maintenance on equipment and housekeeping responsibilities to ensure a safe clean work area.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • H.S. diploma or equivalent required
  • Communication Ability to express information and ideas to individuals on a one- on-one basis: must be able to communicate in a professional manner and be able to work with a team.
  • Fulfillment experience preferable in a fast-paced distribution facility.
  • Fork lift certification preferred
  • Computer knowledge necessary
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Ability to work ina busy work center performing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be willing to work nights weekends and overtime
  • Must be at work on time as scheduled
  • Mathematical Skills ability to add subtract multiply and divide all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Compute rates discounts count inventory and percentages. Calculate volumes weights and measures.
  • Work Planning Organization & Execution Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Able to interpret instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours daily. Must be able to bend twist push and lift products varying in weight.
  • Normal no adverse or hazardous conditions. Warehouse and plant with exposure to dust noise and fumes. Walking and standing 100% on concrete flooring.
  • Position requires grasping and utilizing manual dexterity including hand/finger coordination and the utilization of color vision
  • Lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to use computer and calculator
