Location: This position will be based out of our Fishers IN office.
Job Summary:
Were looking for a motivated and detail-orientedHuman Resources Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience across several HR disciplines offering exposure to both the strategic and operational aspects of human resources while providing unique exposure to the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support strategic HR projects focused on improving processes and enhancing employee experiences.
- Conduct research and assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Provide support for various HR programs and projects across the department.
- Participate in the planning and execution of employee and intern engagement events.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires and interns.
- Assist with talent sourcing and provide support to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Participate in job site visits with other interns and project teams to learn about field operations and the construction process.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail organization and follow-through.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Eager to learn and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
