Location: This position will be based out of our Fishers IN office.

Job Summary:

Were looking for a motivated and detail-orientedHuman Resources Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience across several HR disciplines offering exposure to both the strategic and operational aspects of human resources while providing unique exposure to the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Support strategic HR projects focused on improving processes and enhancing employee experiences.
Conduct research and assist with process improvement initiatives.
Provide support for various HR programs and projects across the department.
Participate in the planning and execution of employee and intern engagement events.
Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires and interns.
Assist with talent sourcing and provide support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Participate in job site visits with other interns and project teams to learn about field operations and the construction process.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail organization and follow-through.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Eager to learn and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
