About the role
Youll work closely with the head chef in planningorganising andpreparinghigh-quality nutritious meals for residents. Alongside this youll also:

Ensure all food is produced to our high standards and the correct quantities are delivered to relevant service points at the right time.

Maintain high cleanliness throughout the kitchen and ensure all of Brunelcares Health and Safety procedures are implemented.

If required you may be asked to step in for the Head Chef if they are absent.
About you
- Previous experience in a catering environment and excellent catering skills are essential.
- Available to work various hours between 6am - 6pm some weekends but no evenings or split shifts.
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Willingness to undergo further training and development and attain relevant qualifications and specialised experience where required.
