About the Team:
The Munich Clinical Operations and Site Readiness departments provide a range of services for clients including the start-up initiation maintenance and finalization of a broad range of Clinical Studies through Phases I-IV and various therapeutic indications.
Internship assignment :
Work half of your time on your own project like:
Re-structuring and improving of a database
Developing a universal tracking tool for oversight of a specific metric
Develop an oversight and training presentation about scientific topic which is in relation to our current study projects
The other half of your work time you will be able to work on real studies as an In-house CRA or Site Readiness Associate
Attend training sessions to learn Monitoring and/or Start-up Skills
Familiarize yourself with the In-house CRA CRA and Site Readiness routines; get to know also other interesting departments like Business Development Flexible Solutions or Biometrics
Engage in professional development workshops to enhance your business acumen and professional presence
Education
Working towards a University/University of Applied Sciences degree (life science preferred)
Fluent level in German and excellent level in English (spoken and written)
Experience:
Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting
Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
Embraces diverse ways of thinking through various forms collaboration and partnership
Eligibility:
Candidates must be authorized to work in Germany or hold a valid permit for a full-time 6-month internship.
