As a nationwide NDIS provider we deliver person-centred services including Supported Independent Living (SIL) and tailored disability support. Our approach is led by the heart and grounded in mindfulness self-care and community wellness.
Were currently seeking a compassionate and proactive SIL House Leader to oversee a female Supported Independent Living (SIL) home on the northern Gold Coast supporting one participant. This is a permanent part-time leadership role where youll combine hands-on support with team coordination to ensure the participants needs are met in a safe nurturing environment.
Due to the specific care needs of the participants this role is only open to female candidates.
About the Participant
Youll be supporting a female participant who values calm routines personal space and respectful empowering interactions. She is working toward greater independence and wellbeing with support to manage daily living and build confidence in accessing the community.
This role involves supporting someone with complex support needs including emotional regulation and behaviours that may escalate under stress. A trauma-informed person-centred approach is essential along with the ability to remain calm and responsive in challenging situations.
Experience in mental health complex care or crisis response is highly regarded. Youll be part of a supportive team helping her feel safe respected and empowered in her home and community.
