Job Summary
As a Preanalytical Processing Clerk at Aculabs you will be responsible forentering lab test orders generating labels and ensuring specimens are accurately organized and prepared for testing. This role rotates between data entry and specimen processing to support workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Reviews test requisition forms for accuracy and completeness.
- Entering order numbers to generate accessions.
- Verifies all patient physician test and billing information pre-populated by clients are accurate and complete.
- Prepare specimen for testing.
- Rotate between accessioning/verification tasks and labeling/specimen preparation tasks as directed.
Requirements
- Works in laboratory where position requires standing or sitting for extended periods of time.
- Ability to safely handle and process specimen in compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
