Service Desk Receptionist Role

The Service Desk Receptionist is a professional with strong sales and guest service experience along with effective communication skills. This team member should be comfortable with basic computer software and telephone systems.

The goal of the Service Desk Receptionist is to create an extraordinary experience for all guests - including service guests prospective students and other school visitors. They also serve as a guest service mentor and role model for students ensuring an exceptional level of service and professionalism.

This individual follows all service desk systems and procedures to guide and support a smooth efficient guest service flow in the clinic classroom.

What We Are Looking For

They must be self-motivated to set meet and exceed goals as well as inspire and inspect. This position requires experience in positive and effective communication customer service resolution teamwork and product sales.

Skills/Competencies Required:

Excellent organization coaching and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with a genuine passion for guest service and the beauty industry
Honesty professionalism and reliability
Willingness to learn and grow through training and feedback
Friendly welcoming demeanor and ability to make guests feel valued
Basic computer and phone skills (comfortable learning new systems)
Previous experience with cash handling or balancing drawers is a plus
Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with students and staff
Dependable work ethic and commitment to creating a positive school culture
