Job Summary

Looking for your next adventure as an attorney Whether youre experienced or freshly admitted were partnering with a mid-sized downtown Buffalo law firm thats on the hunt for an Insurance Defense Attorney to join their medical malpractice team - one of their best qualities: theyre genuinely supportive and invested in their attorneys success!

What youll be doing:

Tackling medical malpractice and healthcare liability cases with guidance from experienced attorneys if needed - someone will take you under their wing you wont be thrown to the wolves (who actually likes that)
Drafting pleadings motions discovery and other legal documents
Researching and strategizing to help clients get the best outcomes
Working with clients insurance adjusters and medical pros
Attending mediations and settlement conferences (training provided for new attorneys!)
Keeping case files organized and your brain clutter-free

For experienced or newly admitted attorneys:
Prior experience in medical malpractice or other personal injury matters - even as a paralegal or support staff - is a huge bonus and will help you hit the ground running.

The firm will happily pay more if you bring the experience (money talks right)
