This is a temporary position.
Provide analytical process management data management and communication leadership over the Commercial Performance Global Performance Services/Account Deployment department. Manage Account Deployment implementation services to support a B2B global sales deployment strategy including the supervision of account data migration processes to load account data to various databases used to set performance goals and inform the Global Account Link. Communicate with both business and IR customers on the subject of B2B sales account deployment structure and requirements for supporting account data migration processes. Participate in cross-functional team initiatives with business partners from Data Strategy & Reporting Sales Analytics CIReporting IT contractors data vendors Sales Support and Pricing Account Services.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required
4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major and 2 years relevant professional experience OR High school diploma or GED plus 4 years experience of relevant professional experience.
3 years of experience in data management big data solution development and data analytics
PC skills including proficiency using spreadsheets and/or database applications.
Proficiency with at least one of the following operating systems: Excel and Access.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES .
Query and manipulate large quantities of data using advanced skills in Access and Excel (database formulas pivot tables modeling querying etc.)
Manage tracking and resolution of account and strategy issues
Ability to understand new technologies and their potential use within Revenue Management.
Interpret business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Strong customer service skills to provide a high level of support to Area Sales Leaders regarding B2B sales structure analysis and production tracking
Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize organize and accomplish work.
Determine priorities schedules plans and necessary resources to ensure completion of any projects on schedule.
Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to support business/initiative strategies
Communicate concepts in a clear and persuasive manner that is easy to understand.
Generate and provide accurate and timely results in the form of reports presentations etc.
Demonstrate an understanding of business priorities.
