The Facilities Building Manager provides a central resource to building occupant groups for Facilities services and support. Collaborates with San Diego Services team and corporate partners including; Space Planning Shipping Receiving and Mail Reprographics Print Program Ergonomics Recycling AVCN Global Security Operations Events and Conferences Reception Services Wellness Commute and Operations and Maintenance. This position is required to be on-site Monday through Friday.
- 3 years experience related to workplace management facilities services and customer service
- Working knowledge and familiarity with Facilities Services basic building functions and Operations priorities.
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fluid and high growth environment.
- Comfortable collaborating with all levels of the organization and working cross functionally on a variety of projects.
- Experience in planning coordination and accomplishing multiple department initiatives and client needs.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with the team and customers
- Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Thrives in a complex and independent environment.
- Extremely proactive responsive and positive contributor; Works with peers partners and management to promote and maintain a consistent and collaborative workplace
