The Opportunity:
Were looking for someone whos thoughtful reliable and genuinely enjoys helping others. This is a full-time 7-month parental leave cover based in our East Perth office and its a chance to be part of a team that makes a real difference in peoples day to day experience with us.
Youll be joining our Retail Customer Service Team where your role is all about making things smooth simple and supportive for our customers. Whether its answering a question processing an order or following up to make sure everythings arrived as expected - youll be the steady hand behind the scenes.
Youll be the person people remember for being kind clear and capable. Were looking for someone who cares - about the details about the people and about doing things properly. If youre someone who finds satisfaction in getting things right and being part of a team that values trust and connection wed love to hear from you.
About You:
Youre someone whos calm curious and great with people. Youve worked in customer service before so you know how to listen well communicate clearly and keep things organised even when its busy.
Youre confident using email and phone and youre comfortable with the tech that keeps everything ticking. Youve got a good eye for detail a proactive mindset and a natural way of making others feel supported.
Youre also a team player - open to feedback happy to help and always looking for ways to improve. And most importantly you care. About the work about the people and about showing up with integrity.
