Your Role
The Loss Prevention Manager is a senior executive position managing all aspects of Loss Prevention and the credit office in the store. This position is responsible for internal and external shortage fraudulent activity prevention safety compliance and store training on profit protection.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Impeccable people skills
- Ability to build strong relationships to protect company assets while being an effective team member and business partner
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention processes
- Experience with managing a team and maintain a budget
- Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university preferred
