What Youll Do
In this vital office-based role you will:
Match caregivers with clients to ensure the highest standards of care.
Schedule and coordinate caregiver shifts to meet client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and care staff.
Conduct retention visits to support smooth client-caregiver transitions.
Manage billing and payroll processes on a weekly basis.
Perform client assessments to understand individual care needs.
Support our diverse client and caregiver base with professionalism and empathy.
Participate in a on-call rotation.

Qualifications
Experience in home care healthcare scheduling or staffing coordination (preferred).
Associate degree in Human Services or related field (preferred not required).
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
Valid drivers license and current car insurance.
Excellent phone presence problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
A passion for helping others and supporting caregivers.
