The Opportunity

Abbott Rapid and Molecular Diagnostics (RMDx) Infectious Disease (ID) is seeking a highly organized and proactiveRegional Sales Analyst professional to provide essential operational and administrative support to a defined sales region. This role is a strategic partner to the sales team driving operational excellence and enabling the regional sales team to maximize their impact in the field. It plays a pivotal part in accelerating regional performance by optimizing internal systems streamlining execution and supporting strategic initiatives across the sales organization. This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Support Manager and is 100% office-based.

Regional Sales Analyst is a key contributor to the success of the sales team (Account Managers and Regional Manager) who manage and grow existing and new accounts with a focus on the following product lines: ID NOW PLATFORM (Influenza Covid-19 RSV Strep A) BinaxNOW COVID-19/Flu A&B Combo DETERMINE HIV-1/2 BinaxNOW Streptococcus pneumoniae & Legionella BinaxNOW Malaria Clearview hCG Clearview PBP2a SA. By handling critical internal workflows and coordinating cross-functional resources the RSS ensures the field team can operate with precision speed and focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update records ensuring data accuracy for customer profiles opportunities and activity logs.
  • Support contract lifecycle management including tracking renewals coordinating approvals and ensuring customer compliance.
  • Generate and manage quotes proposals and pricing documents in collaboration with the sales team sales leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports funnel metrics and territory performance dashboards using tools like PowerBI and Excel.
  • Monitor reagent utilization and product adoption trends to support Account Managers in retention and expansion efforts.
  • Manage promotional material inventory and distribution across the region while supporting quarterly and monthly campaign support.
  • Support distributor communications with field teams.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries documentation requests and internal escalations.
  • Assist in territory mapping segmentation and account prioritization to support strategic planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • Two years of experience in sales administrative support and customer service
  • Documented experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and CRM tools such as .
  • Documented experience with healthcare industry workflows customer segments and sales processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Inside Sales in healthcare or related fields preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a service-oriented mindset.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation reporting and CRM management.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

The base pay for this position is

$24.50 $49.00/hour
