Quality Management Student Assistant (gn)

• Support the development of a new alumni survey including concept design questionnaire drafting and pilot testing.
• Assist in identifying suitable survey tools and developing relevant metrics for data collection and analysis.
• Contribute to data analysis and visualization for example using Power BI or Excel.
• Help prepare summaries and reports of survey results and insights and maintain related materials on SharePoint.
• Depending on your skills and interests support other QM-related tasks (e.g. data processing dashboard maintenance or documentation).

• You are enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program ideally in business social sciences data analytics psychology or a related field.
• You have an interest in data-driven quality management and institutional development in higher education.
• You are preferably familiar with survey design (e.g. from coursework or prior projects).
• You have experience with Excel or Power BI or are motivated to learn.
• Experience with survey tools such as MS Forms SurveyMonkey or similar is an asset.
• You work independently pay attention to detail and enjoy analytical tasks.
• You speak fluent English.
