Job Summary
What Were Looking For
The Supply Planner is responsible for releasing scheduled work orders in sequence within the ERP system including all expedited work orders and ensures all printed material and work order packets are accurately put together and available to production.
What You Will Do
Release daily Work Orders by department in sequence
Release Warehouse daily Picklists
Print all required labels
Create Production Work Order Packets
Deliver on-time Work Order Packets to Department Production Control Clerks
Communicates with first level production supervisors
Maintain data integrity
Back up support as needed
Communicate and provide KPI
Assist with special projects as assigned
Who You Are
Three years experience in Logistics or Supply Chain in a manufacturing environment or Bachelors degree
- Prior exposure to project management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent statistic and analytical skills
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Excellent time management multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Intermediate level computer skills in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
