About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Coordinator to join our team. As a Finance Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting with financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about finance who wants to contribute to the success of our organization.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn financial principles accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Support the finance team in various administrative tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • 8-hour shifts no weekends and no nights

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Excel and willing to learn new systems to assist the department
  • Good customer Service skills
  • Advanced data analysis and financial modeling skills.
  • Effective Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and in small groups.
  • Not a remote job this is an in-office position
  • Casual work environment

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Record payments and apply them to the appropriate revenue
  • Monitor cash flow and manage financial records to maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Enter revenue and send invoices to customers
  • Analyze reports from a warehousing system
  • Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements in coordination with HR.
