- Manage multiple reconstruction projects from planning through completion ensuring they are delivered on time on budget and to Servpros high-quality standards
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors vendors and field staff to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and maintain project budgets estimates and schedules
- Communicate professionally with homeowners property managers insurance adjusters and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct on-site inspections and manage quality control
- Drive performance and profitability through strong organizational and leadership skills
- 5 years of experience in residential construction project management (commercial project experience highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction processes estimating scheduling and subcontractor management
- Proven ability to manage project budgets and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with construction management software a plus
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
