PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• Our ideal candidate would be an easy going patient-centered physician leader that enjoys working with an existing low-maintenance highly relational team. This is a growth position!
• OB for this position is optional
• Newer clinic with state-of-the-art technology attached to St. Marys Hospital-Superior
• Weekend clinic call is 1:8 (1:9 starting September 23). Weeknight call 1:8 (1:9 starting September 23)
• Multi-specialty group that consists of FP IM and NP/PAs - along with integrated Behavioral Health providing 4 Psychotherapists 1 Behavioral Health NP 1 Behavioral Health MD (via Telehealth) and an onsite Behavioral Health Adult Partial Hospitalization Program
• Over 20 outreach specialists including Ophthalmology ENT Audiology OBGYN General Surgery Weight Management Diabetes Nephrology Rheumatology Pulmonology Pain Management Orthopedic Med & Surg Podiatry Cardiology Tobacco Cessation Mediation Therapy Management Gastroenterology Vascular Surgery and Urology all on-site as well as others available at the main campus in Duluth
• Nurse-on-line triage 24/7
• EPIC (electronic medical records) in clinic and hospital
• Admit to St. Marys Hospital-Superior a 25-bed CAH facility with transitional care services. ER physicians staff the ED along with a PA who staffs the Fast Track ER. Transfers complex cases to St. Marys Medical Center 330 bed facility (7 miles from clinic) with Level 1 Trauma designation
• Urgent Care staffed 7 days a week with NP/PA providers
• Physician led professionally managed organization with great team environment

• BC/BE Family Medicine
• Participates in a community-wide OB Group & call (if opting to provide OB services)

• Approx. 5 miles south of Duluth MN and 150 miles north of Minneapolis MN
• Located on one of the most popular tourist routes in the Midwest embracing the westernmost tip of the Great Lake Superior
• Superior population: 28000; Duluth/Superior regional population-130000

COMPENSATION

• $308000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses quality incentives or production-based compensation.
