Job Summary

Practice Lead/Treatment Coordinator position in Ashburn available in an established and growing private practice.

We are growing and searching for an outgoing team oriented experienced front desk individual with knowledge of all front desk duties including Treatment Presentation for a practice built with outstanding patient care as our #1 focus.

Across our practices we have 8 amazing doctors a support staff of 40 plus and a full range of dental clinical procedures including preventative restorative cosmetic nitrous oral sedation endo surgery implants ortho as well as CEREC same day crowns.

Position is 5 days per week Monday thru Friday. Our patient hours range from as early 7am to as late as 7pm depending on the day of the week. Minimum 2 years Treatment Plan presentation is strongly preferred (we are open to training the right candidate that has sales experience) and the ability to manage policies procedures and staff. Open Dental experience is a plus for this all-digital office.
