Job Summary
We are seeking an Associate (3 5 years PQE) qualified in Saudia Arabia or internationally with experience in ECM transactions to join our market-leading Global Transactions (Corporate) practice in Riyadh KSA. This is an exceptional opportunity where you will engage in a broad spectrum of corporate work with a primary focus on private and public M&A and joint ventures. You will work on transactions that are multi-jurisdictional in nature offering you significant international exposure and the chance to collaborate closely with our global network. Our deals range from landmark transactions of substantial scale and complexity to more focused mandates that provide enhanced responsibility and direct client engagement.
