Job Summary

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g. CIPS or CIPP) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in procurement or supply chain functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP or procurement platforms (e.g. MS Dynamics Oracle SAP Coupa) is highly desirable.
  • Arabic Speaker with Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Basic understanding of contract terms sourcing strategies and procurement compliance.
  • Executing day-to-day procurement operations to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
  • Supports strategic sourcing supplier management and adherence to procurement policies and compliance requirements.
  • To contribute to efficiency transparency and value-for-money in all procurement activities.
  • Process and manage purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency using ERP or e-Procurement systems.
  • Source and evaluate potential suppliers ensuring alignment with technical specifications cost-efficiency and organizational standards.
  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure clear communication timely delivery and contract compliance.
  • Assist in drafting and issuing RFQs RFPs and bid documents in line with procurement guidelines.
  • Contribute to the review and analysis of quotations and bids supporting technical and commercial evaluations in collaboration with end users.
  • Ensure procurement activities are documented auditable and aligned with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
  • Support contract negotiations and participate in vendor performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Track procurement milestones and proactively follow up on deliveries quality issues and after-sales support.
  • Provide guidance to departments on procurement protocols and continuously promote best practices and policy compliance.
  • Contribute to procurement reporting spend analysis and audit preparations as needed.
  • Stay updated with market trends pricing dynamics and alternative sourcing options.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Procurement Director or Head of Department.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with suppliers.
