The successful teacher will teach DT across KS3KS5 specialising in Product Design Engineering or Resistant Materials. They will guide students through the design process from research and concept development to production and inspire them to think critically about the role of design in shaping the modern world.
Lessons will incorporate CAD/CAM 3D printing and digital design supported by well-equipped workshops and an excellent team of technicians. The teacher will also have opportunities to contribute to national design competitions sustainability projects and the schools annual Technology Exhibition.
