Job Summary
A high-performing and oversubscribed 1118 academy in Worcestershire is seeking a motivated and skilled Teacher of Mathematicsto join its successful department from January 2026.
The school is rated Outstanding by Ofsted and is widely respected for its strong academic outcomes and supportive family-oriented ethos. The Maths department is one of the most successful in the region achieving excellent results at both GCSE and A-Level.
The Department
The Maths team is large collaborative and well-organised with a strong focus on shared planning and professional learning. The department enjoys purpose-built classrooms equipped with digital whiteboards interactive software and visualisers. The school also offers a dedicated Sixth Form study area and an IT suite for advanced mathematical modelling and data analysis.

About You
Youll be an enthusiastic and reflective practitioner with excellent subject knowledge and a drive for continual improvement. Experience of teaching GCSE and A-Level Maths would be advantageous though training and mentoring are provided for early career teachers.
