Are you a passionate KS1 Teacher looking for a Full-Time KS1 Teacher role from January 2026 A welcoming Good primary in Lewisham is recruiting a motivated KS1 Teacher to join its KS1 phase with a Full-Time contract commencing January 2026. The KS1 Teacher will take part in pre-term planning prior to January 2026 attend induction in January 2026 and teach as a Full-Time KS1 Teacher from January 2026.

About the school & the KS1 Teacher role
This Lewisham school provides a calm ambitious environment for staff and pupils. The KS1 Teacher will lead daily phonics and guided reading sessions deliver creative writing sequences and secure number confidence across Year 1 and Year 2 as the KS1 Teacher. The KS1 Teacher will be supported by experienced teaching assistants and phase leaders from the first training sessions before January 2026 through induction in January 2026 into the term after January 2026.
KS1 Teacher core responsibilities
As the KS1 Teacher plan and deliver high-quality phonics reading and maths lessons.
As the KS1 Teacher use formative assessment to personalise learning and run interventions.
As the KS1 Teacher lead parent communication and contribute to enrichment activities.
KS1 Teacher candidate profile
We seek a KS1 Teacher with QTS strong phonics practice and recent KS1 experience. The KS1 Teacher should be collaborative reflective and committed to raising standards. The successful KS1 Teacher will be ready to take part in planning before January 2026 induction in January 2026 and teaching from January 2026 as a Full-Time KS1 Teacher.
