The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reflective KS1 Teacher who can inspire young learners and bring out the best in every child. Whether you join us on a full-time basis or part-time (3 days per week) you will play a vital role in shaping pupils early learning experiences and helping them develop strong foundations for future
success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a stimulating inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and independence.
- Assess and monitor pupils progress providing effective feedback to ensure continual development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support each childs individual needs.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school including assemblies events and enrichment opportunities.
- Maintain high standards of teaching learning and safeguarding at all times.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for an inspiring and motivated teacher who:
- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 1 and a strong grasp of early learning pedagogy.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Is committed to creating a positive supportive and engaging learning environment.
- Works effectively as part of a collaborative forward-thinking team.
- Is passionate about ensuring that every child reaches their full potential.
