We are currently looking for a professional with a strong background in the Construction or Engineering industry to lead the growth of our Construction & Engineering division in Barcelona.

The ideal candidate will bring both technical and commercial knowledge of the sector a natural drive to support people and organizations in growing together and a strong passion for consultancy within this expanding industry.

Job description:

As Team Leader you will be responsible for building a strong portfolio of clients driving the success of recruitment projects and leading a team of consultants toward their goals.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and managing a comprehensive portfolio of clients within the Construction & Engineering sector.
• Leading recruitment projects for technical managerial and executive roles within construction and industrial environments.
• Recruiting developing and mentoring a team of consultants to ensure delivery of high-level recruitment services.
• Fostering a collaborative high-performance culture within the team.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience in the Construction or Engineering industry. Prior experience in sales business development or recruitment consultancy is a strong plus.
• Education: BSc or MSc in Engineering Architecture or related field (strongly preferred).
• Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English required; a third European language is an asset.
• Competences:
  • Strong communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and flexible with a clear commercial and consultative mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
