Position Overview
As a Sales Development Representative for Crimson Canada you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families playing a key role in driving business growth and strengthening our brand presence. You will proactively identify and engage potential leads initiate meaningful conversations and ensure that families experience professional personalized and supportive service.
This is a full-time remote role with the expectation to participate in key in-person events such as school talks education fairs and seminars fostering direct engagement and trust with this role you will help families achieve their international education goals expand Crimsons footprint in Canada and reinforce our leadership in premium educational services.
What are the main responsibilities for this role
Monitor leads and enrollments generated from marketing across all channelsincluding events PR WeChat Facebook content emails SEO and moreproviding weekly and monthly progress reports analyzing customer behavior and evaluating user experience.
Call and respond to enquiries from parents and students to qualify them for the sales process ensuring all data is accurately recorded in Crimsons Salesforce CRM system.
Establish develop and maintain positive professional relationships with prospective families creating a strong first impression that reflects Crimsons commitment to high-quality service.
Update lead records and track their progression through the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
Schedule meetings between qualified leads and Crimsons Academic Advisors.
Continuously refine sales techniques optimize processes and enhance industry knowledge.
Manage sales targets and KPIs independently and collaboratively.
Support planning and coordination of outreach initiatives including expos seminars webinars school talks and related events.
What skills and experience are required
Native or proficient in Mandarin; fluent in English (spoken and written)
Bachelors degree or higher; majors in Marketing Education Public Relations or related fields preferred
Experience in sales or customer service; familiarity with B2B or B2C sales processes is a plus
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds
Strong organizational skills able to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently
Proficient in office and productivity tools including Salesforce Excel and Canva
Strong copywriting and public relations skills representing the company professionally in external communications
Proactive results-oriented and accountable for outcomes
Background in the education sector preferred but not required (e.g. knowledge of Canadian secondary or higher education systems)
